French Breakfast Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until all is moistened.
    Put in greased muffin tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
