Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide lasagna noodles
    3 c. large curd cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese or American cheese or 1/2 each
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add the next 6 ingredients; simmer, uncovered, until thick (about 1 hour).
    Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water until tender; drain noodles and rinse in cold water.
