Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan and spread croutons in bottom.
    Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
    Pour milk mixture over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove and let stand 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
