Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
4 or 5 green onions
mayonnaise
Preparation

Grate all cheese in bowl.
Add chopped onions and enough mayonnaise to spread easily.
Spread cheese mixture on French rolls that have been sliced very thin.
Put rounds in broiler, about 6 inches under fire until cheese has a slight toasted look (approximately 2 minutes).
Serve immediately.
