Good Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 chicken breasts
    2 cans butter beans (16 oz.)
    1 can stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    salt and pepper
    1 chopped onion
    20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed veggies
    3 or 4 medium potatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in one quart of water.
    Pick meat off the bones.
    Add 2 cans butter beans, 1 can stewed tomatoes and 1 can tomato sauce.
    Salt and pepper to taste; simmer for awhile.
    Add chopped onion, frozen mixed veggies and potatoes.
    Cook on low for at least another hour.
    This makes a really big pot full of good soup.
