Tuna Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can tuna in water
cheese slices
1 tsp. mayonnaise (optional)
English muffins

Preparation

Drain tuna; place in bowl.
Mix in mayonnaise.
Spread on English muffins.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each.
Place on cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and muffin is lightly toasted on edges.
Careful not to burn cheese.
