Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms including liquid
    1 (46 oz.) can beef broth
    4 to 6 bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add liquid as needed to keep moist.
