Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 jars pureed apricots for babies (4 oz. size)
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs and apricots.
    Beat 3 to 4 minutes.
    Fold in nuts, if desired.
    Divide in two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
