Peach-Almond Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed peaches
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Combine flour and baking soda.
Combine sour cream and peaches.
Add flour to butter mixture alternately with peach mixture.
Mix just until blended.
Stir in flavorings.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour, or until done.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
