Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small summer squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Slice squash into a loaf baking pan 2/3 full.
    Pour into saucepan and cover with water.
    Cook until tender-crisp.
    Drain well.
    Add chopped onion to undiluted soup; add sour cream.
    Mix with cooked squash.
    Top with Stove Top stuffing.
    Bake until onion and squash are tender and stuffing is brown at 350\u00b0.
