Venison Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. uncooked rice
1 qt. canned tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked venison
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Add garlic powder, tomatoes, salt, pepper and venison; blend well. Stir in rice and simmer for 20 minutes.
