Potato And Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 c. green beans, canned, drained
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3/4 c. parmesan, grated
    1/4 c. ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash. Chop the green beans. Mix together the potatoes, beans, garlic, oregano, ricotta, oil, and eggs. Place the mixture in a lightly greased 12 inch cake pan. Mix together the milk and breadcrumbs. Spread the crumbs over the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
