Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling water; drain.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and egg until thoroughly combined.
    Spread mixture evenly in pan. Saute ground chuck, onion and green pepper in oil until meat is brown; drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce, oregano and garlic salt. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
    Layer and top with meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese over top and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown.
    Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
