Wanda'S Pipin' Hot Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken wings, split
    1 bottle hot sauce
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 medium jalapeno pepper, cut up
    small amount oil
    small amount onion powder
    small amount salt (optional)
Preparation
    Wash wings and sprinkle with onion powder and salt.
    Fill large frying pan halfway with oil and let oil heat up.
    Fry chicken and drain.
    While chicken is frying, heat hot sauce in saucepan.
    Chop margarine in half and drop into sauce.
    When margarine is completely melted, add cayenne and jalapeno pepper. Simmer on low heat until all chicken is fried.
    Place chicken in a lasagna pan and pour sauce over chicken.
    Your pipin' hot chicken wings are ready to serve!
