Molasses Taffy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients in medium-sized pot.
Over medium-low heat, cook to light soft-crack stage (265\u00b0).
Add soda and butter.
Mix well.
Add nuts, if desired.
