Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff in small mixer bowl.
    Mix egg yolks, milk and oil and mix well in large mixer bowl.
    Add flour, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour 1/2 cup in waffle iron and cook until brown.
