Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground raw turkey
1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease bottom of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.
Mix all ingredients, except chili sauce.
Shape into about 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls.
Bake until brown, 15 to 20 minutes, and drain.
Heat chili sauce until hot.
Serve with meatballs.
Serves 5 with 265 calories per serving.
