Okra, Tomatoes And Corn Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. okra
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/4 c. salad oil or olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of cayenne pepper or hot pepper sauce
    2 or 3 ears corn, cut off or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    2 or 3 fresh tomatoes or 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook okra, onion, garlic and parsley in oil.
    Season and add corn and tomatoes.
    Let simmer about 20 minutes.
    May be placed in oven and reheated.
