Tangy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    6 radishes, sliced thin
    1 chopped cucumber
    1 chopped apple (optional)
    1 jar cocktail sauce
    parsley
Preparation
    Remove seeds from cucumber.
    Mix all vegetables in bowl.
    Mix in cocktail sauce.
    Add a little parsley.
    Let sit in refrigerator in tightly covered container overnight or at least a few hours to marinate.
