"Souper" Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chuck roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream soup (any type, mushroom and potato work well)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place a large piece of heavy duty foil in a 9 x 11-inch baking pan.
    Place roast in foil and sprinkle dry onion soup mix on roast.
    Then, spoon both cans of cream soup onto dry onion soup mix.
    Wrap foil around roast tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound of meat.
