Cranberry-Orange Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped fine
    2 c. vodka
    2 c. granulated sugar
    peel and juice of 1 large orange
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in 3 to 4-cup glass jar.
    Stir and shake to mix well.
    Store, covered, in cool place 1 month.
    Shake jar occasionally.
    Strain through paper coffee filter.
    Pour into bottles.
    Makes 2 1/4
    cups.
