Jane'S Neiman-Marcus Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Betty Crocker pound cake
    1 stick melted butter
    4 eggs
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the cake mix, 1 stick butter and 2 of the eggs. Mix well and spread in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together with mixer 2 eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla. Gently spread over first mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light tan at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares. Serve with sprinkled, sifted powdered sugar or apricot jam or Cool Whip.
