Texas Fruit Tray - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ruby red grapefruit from Rio Grande Valley
1 Pecos cantaloupe
4 Mission oranges
1 pt. Poteet strawberries
1 pt. East Texas blueberries
1 c. wild dewberries
1/4 Luling watermelon
Preparation

Remove rind from cantaloupe and watermelon.
Seed cantaloupe and cut into 16 crescents.
Cut watermelon into 3-inch wedges and remove visible seeds.
Peel and cut into 1/2-inch cartwheels. Peel and section grapefruit.
Wash strawberries, blueberries and dewberries.
Arrange attractively on a large tray and garnish with mint leaves.
