Beaufort Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    6 mini ears corn
    1 lb. (1-inch slice) Hillshire sausage
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, unshelled
    lemon pepper
    pepper
    1 bay leaf
    garlic
    pinch of Italian seasoning
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Boil first three ingredients approximately 10 minutes.
    Season to taste.
    Add shrimp.
    Boil shrimp to your preference of doneness. Let stand approximately 10 minutes.
    Serves four.
