Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    juice of 2 lemons
    grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Mix
    corn
    meal,
    flour
    and sugar together thoroughly. Beat the
    eggs,\tthen
    add all ingredients and mix.
    Pour into unbaked pie
    shell.
    Bake
    at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour, until set. Makes a 9-inch pie.
