Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sweet corn
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes and mix all ingredients in saucepan except cheese.
    Cook over low heat; stir constantly, mixing well.
    Pour into greased dish or pan.
    Add grated cheese on top and bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
