Chapli Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 lb. onions, chopped
    2 oz. flour
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 green chilies, chopped
    1/2 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 tsp. each ginger and garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. (level) salt
Preparation
    Mix onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, flour, egg, chili powder, salt, ginger and garlic to the ground beef.
    Mix well, adding 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
