Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. russet potatoes, peeled and cut in eighths
    1/4 c. soft butter
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 scallions, thinly sliced (about 1/2 c.)
    paprika
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan bring 2 cups water to boil; add potatoes; return to boil.
    Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Using food mill or ricer, force potatoes into the clean dry 3-quart saucepan.
    Stir in butter until melted. In small bowl, beat together eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper until blended.
    Gradually stir into potatoes; add scallions.
