Individual Praline Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
12 graham cracker tart shells
36 pecan halves
Preparation

In a smaller mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla; beat until well combined.
Add eggs all at once.
Beat just until combined.
Do not overbeat.
Stir in sour cream.
