Nebraska Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix soda with buttermilk until frothy.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Lightly grease cupcake pans.
    Fill each with batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with butter.
