Sekanice(Czech Easter Meat Loaf) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. veal (from shoulder)
12 eggs, beaten separately
1/2 c. farina
marjoram
pinch of allspice
chives, chopped
1 bunch green onions
4 large cloves garlic
1/2 lb. soda crackers
salt and pepper
2 lb. pork (from shoulder)
Preparation

Boil pork in salted water.
Forty-five minutes later, start to boil veal in another pan of salted water.
Let meat cool and take out bones.
Chop up meat; do not grind.
Add spices, crackers and 1/2 cup of stock; mix.
Add eggs, that were beaten separately (yolks and whites).
Grease pan (9 x 13-inch) with cold lard.
Bake until golden brown (1 1/2 hours) at 350\u00b0.
