Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine the first 9 ingredients.
    Roll into balls in flour; brown in hot fat.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Add remaining flour to the fat.
    Blend and add 1 1/2 cups tomato juice.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
