Crab-Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions or chives
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked, or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat, cut up
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender. When cool enough to handle, halve potatoes lengthwise.
Carefully scoop out pulp into a bowl, leaving a thin shell.
Set shells aside.
