Ham Salad For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. canned ham
1 pt. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
few shakes of celery salt
2 c. diced celery
Preparation

Cut ham in chunks and grind moderately fine in batches in food processor.
Empty minced ham into large bowl as you go.
Blend remaining ingredients into ground ham adjusting seasoning to taste.
Makes enough filling for 5 dozen finger rolls.
