Southwestern Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. coarsely crushed crackers
    1 Tbsp. chopped canned green chili peppers
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put in a greased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
