Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. hot water
1 egg, well beaten
1 flank steak (2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. fat or oil
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add onion and cook until golden brown.
Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Spread on steak and roll up like a jelly roll.
Tie securely with a string.
Heat fat in a skillet and brown meat on all sides. Sprinkle with favorite seasonings.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
