Mocha Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup shortening
    2 cups cake flour
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (melted)
Preparation
    Stir Shortening to soften. Sift in flour, sugar, instant coffee, salt, cream of tartar, and soda. Add water and vanilla. Mix until flour is dampened then beat vigorously 2 minutes using electric mixer. Add eggs and unsweetened chocolate. Beat 1 minute longer. Pour into paper lined loaf pan.
