Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 slices white American cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan, add flour; season and stir until smooth.
    Slowly add hot milk, stirring constantly.
    When mixture thickens, melt grated cheese and American cheese in sauce.
    Put layers of sliced potatoes, onions and cheese sauce into buttered baking dish.
    Repeat all ingredients until gone.
    Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
