Special Sausage And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 stick butter
    2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    9 slices white bread with crusts removed
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook sausage over low heat until done and a crumbly consistency.
    Drain and set aside.
    Spread butter on bread and cut in cubes.
    Place cubes in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sprinkle sausage on bread and cheese on top of sausage.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour over cheese.
    Chill overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until brown.
