Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. water
10 Tbsp. Yuban instant coffee or other strong coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 fifth vodka (cheap brand)

Preparation

Mix sugar, water and coffee in a saucepan and simmer 1 hour. Let cool.
Add vanilla and vodka to cooled mixture.
Bottle it.
