Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 flat can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients.
    Mix oil and sugar; add dry ingredients.
    Mix well; add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Add vanilla, rest of the flour and eggs, one at a time.
    Blend well. Bake at 350\u00b0 in 2 or 3 cake pans.
    Top with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows).
