Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 c. chicken stock
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. thyme
    pinch of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. cream or milk
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Saute broccoli and onions in butter.
    Add flour and stir. Pour in stock and add seasonings.
    Cook 30 minutes until broccoli is soft.
    Take off heat and take out bay leaf.
    Puree broccoli mixture.
    Mix egg yolks and cream together.
    Stir into broccoli mixture; heat thoroughly.
    Pour into bowls and garnish with parsley.
