Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. chopped pecans
    2 boxes lime Jell-O
    1/2 c. cut up red cherries
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
    Combine all ingredients in separate bowl.
    Pour Jell-O over ingredients and mix together.
    Pour into mold and let set.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves.
    Fill center with cottage cheese.
