Microwave Lutefish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. milk
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
cold milk
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put milk in a saucepan over medium burner.
Mix cornstarch in a little cold milk.
Add this to hot milk, stirring the whole time.
Add butter, salt and pepper after it comes to a boil and is getting thick.
Pour Cream Sauce over fish and boiled potatoes.
