Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    10 oz. shredded mild Cheddar
    1 small jar pimento and juice (optional)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. onion
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Blend cheese, pimento, mayo, soup and onion with cooked macaroni.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Crush crackers and spread over macaroni mixture.
    Melt 3 to 4 tablespoons butter or margarine and pour over topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
