Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cut green beans or 2 (1 lb.) cans, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    10 1/2 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup or 10 1/2 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/8 tsp. Durkee ground black pepper
    2 tsp. pimento, diced
    3 oz. can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook frozen beans in salted water; drain (if using canned beans, omit salt).
    Combine milk, soup and pepper; pour over beans.
    Add 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Garnish with 1/2 can onions and pimiento; bake 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
