Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 c. zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 medium onion, sliced in rings
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    4 or 5 fresh peeled and chopped tomatoes or 1 lb. can tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    dash of soy sauce
Preparation
    Place first 6 ingredients in saucepan and cook, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and soy sauce.
    Serve when cheese has thoroughly melted.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    This dish may look funny, but tastes great!
