Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) sliced bread, toasted and dried 2 days
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth, heated
Preparation
    Dip slices of toast in pan of warm water.
    Squeeze out.
    Saute pork sausage until no longer pink; add to bread.
    Melt margarine in skillet; saute onion and celery just a little.
    Add to bread mixture.
    Add beaten eggs, salt and sage.
    Add enough chicken broth to make as moist as you like.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 5.
