Miss Daisey'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    28 oz. can tomatoes
    16 oz. tomato juice
    8 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 c. American cheese
    1/2 c. green olives
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (uncooked)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add celery, green pepper and onions and saute.
    Add tomato juice, tomatoes and everything except Cheddar cheese.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour into 2 casserole dishes. Bake for 30 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese on top.
