Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
buttered bread crumbs or potato chips
Preparation

Put hash brown potatoes in large mixing bowl.
Pour melted butter over potatoes.
Mix in 1 can soup, grated cheese and sour cream.
Stir all together and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs or potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
